kinda feels like the $50 wasn't such a good deal :(. I mean, I guess that's totally their right, and I read a really long thread about eBay sellers and protecting their dealer channel and whatnot, so sure. but it doesn't seem to be there.ĭoing some research, I find that URC has decided not to make the software available to anyone but their dealers. The manual for the MX-900 (which I downloaded from the site the fella didn't have it) indicates that the software can be downloaded from the site. Now, the last time I bought a URC MX-series (a 3000, to be exact), you could download the software from their Web site. It's got a serial number and all, so I'm guessing it at least wasn't stolen property :). but for $50 and a 45-minute country-western song of a story, I thought it was a great deal. There was apparantly some drama involving a girlfriend, a truck blah blah blah. The gent who owned the garage said his son had bought it (the 'mote, not the garage) not that long ago, but then moved out and left it behind. I recently picked up an MX-900 at a local garage sale.
